In order to maintain the quality of our products offered, product returns must be initiated within 7 working days upon receipt.

To avoid potential damages resulting from prolonged fulfillment process, large products such as excavator attachments and heavy machineries cannot be returned upon receipt. Customers are advised to contact our customer service for product inspections before deciding on purchase.

All products must be returned in its original condition. Damages to packaging, parts or core product may result in the failure of return and hence a full refund will not be possible.
